Our furniture family is made by using modern and high-quality shipbuilding materials and technologies.
Description
The furniture body is fiberglass polyester composite. The surface is UV stable, high-light with acrylic paint and varnish system blown to color.
The high-quality upholstery work is performed exclusively with first-class Yacht textile leather upholstery. Our upholstery is washable, UV and water resistant with a dirt-repellent layer.
The surface and inserts of the table are made of wood (which can be Teak, iroko, oak, maple).
For wood surfaces, the surface treatment is epoxy resin, glass veil, followed by 5 coats of polyurethane varnish (International Marine Varnishes) for long-lasting water and UV resistance. Sikaflex marine sealant is used to seal wood inserts.
For some table types, the top also includes a tempered glass top.
During our manufacturing process we have placed great emphasis on the high quality of our products, to create the longest possible service life, and the possibility to repaire and renew in their parts.
We use polyurethane foams which are made strictly CFC - free, with no heavy metal and AZO dyes. In case of burning the amount of critical substances released shall not exceed the amount of combustion of organic matter.
